Part 1: Payment Policy
To ensure maximum benefits for our customers, we offer cash on delivery to all our customers. Orders will be shipped via DPD carrier. The supplier will collect your payment once your order has been delivered.
Part 2: Delivery policy
Parcels are sent via the DPD courier company, InPost courier company, InPost parcel lockers and DPD Pickup. Orders are processed within 24 hours from the moment they are placed on the website, unless the product indicates a longer delivery time.
The delivery time of products depends on the selected delivery method. Products are delivered to customers within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
The standard delivery fee is PLN 10 per shipment
Part 3: Discount Policy
Free Shipping: If you order 2 or more items, shipping will be free.
Discount policy: for orders of 3 or more items, we give our customer a 90% discount. The discount amount will be automatically reduced from the order value during checkout
Part 4: Return Policy
How long does it take to return goods purchased online?
The consumer has the right to return goods purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of taking possession of the goods. We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned product. However, there are exceptions to this rule. The right to withdraw from a contract concluded electronically is regulated by the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, which implements EU Directive 2011/83.
How to return goods?
To withdraw from the contract, please inform us by sending an e-mail to service@themode.pl. Such notification should be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The costs of returning the goods to the seller are borne by the consumer. When returning goods, we offer the InPost Quick Returns service, for which a fee of PLN 10 is charged. For additional information, please contact our customer service department.
Can I return used goods?
You can unpack the product and check its suitability in the same way as if you were buying it in a stationary store. You cannot start using the goods. It is advisable that, if possible, the returned item should be packed in the original box and additional packaging to protect the original.
When does the seller have the right to reduce the refund amount?
We have the right to reduce the value of the refunded amount if the value of the goods has decreased as a result of handling them in a way other than what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Primarily in the case of installation of devices that have left visible traces on the device.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and shipping/handling fees for purchases are non-refundable.
